Service Manager

Job Purpose To manage the overall service department and ensure smooth workshop operations, quality service, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service targets. Key Responsibilities Manage daily workshop operations and ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles. Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively. Lead, supervise, and support service technicians and other workshop staff. Monitor service revenue, costs, productivity, and overall department performance. Coordinate with the Spare Parts team to ensure the timely availability of required parts. Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies. Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, quality repairs, and adherence to technical standards. Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Prepare and review service reports, KPIs, and performance data. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to improve service efficiency and customer experience. Organize training and skill development programs for service staff. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service operations, preferably in the 2-wheeler segment. Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Good knowledge of workshop operations, warranty procedures, spare parts, and service processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
