The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent on-camera presence, and hands-on skills in filming, editing, and managing social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.Create reels, short-form videos, product showcases, styling content, promotional campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.Develop creative concepts with strong hooks and viral potential.Stay updated on current social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform changes.Confidently appear in front of the camera whenever required.Photograph and film jewellery while accurately highlighting its design, craftsmanship, and details.Write clear and engaging captions suited to the brand’s voice.Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain a consistent posting schedule.Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, messages, and product enquiries received through social media.Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability, prices, and customer requirements.Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.Assist with content creation during launches, campaigns, events, and festive occasions.
