Sales Representative

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused, and well-presented Sales Representative to join our team at Ganapati Jewellers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in jewellery and luxury retail. The role involves assisting customers, handling showroom and online enquiries, following up with potential clients, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery according to their preferences and requirements.Explain product designs, materials, pricing, and other relevant details clearly.Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.Maintain an attractive and well-organized jewellery display.Handle customer enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other company platforms.Respond to social media messages professionally, promptly, and accurately.Follow up with potential customers and support the conversion of online enquiries into sales.Coordinate with other team members regarding customer requests, orders, and product availability.Assist with daily sales records, billing, stock handling, and other showroom responsibilities as required.Maintain professional grooming, conduct, and communication at all times.
