The specialist will generate and qualify leads, conduct client outreach, and present Nepfinity’s digital solutions to prospective customers. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The role also involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, gathering market insights, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The specialist will contribute to sales targets, participate in training sessions, and represent the company at meetings and local events.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear, professional support.Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or technology-focused environment.Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide teams, share best practices, and help optimize sales processes.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and online campaigns, is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfortable using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.Demonstrated integrity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
