Finance Controller

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, controls, credit management, and recovery activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in finance and accounting, with particular strength in accounts receivable, credit control, collection, and recovery. The role will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management, timely recovery of outstanding dues, regulatory compliance, and effective financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, and financial control functions.Manage budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and financial analysis.Prepare, review, and present financial statements and management reports.Lead accounts receivable, credit control, collection, and recovery activities to ensure timely realization of outstanding dues.Monitor receivables aging and follow up with customers/clients regarding overdue payments.Coordinate payment follow-ups, account reconciliation, and settlement of outstanding balances.Establish and monitor collection and recovery targets and regularly report progress to management.Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts, receipts, outstanding balances, and settlements.Identify collection risks and escalate long-outstanding, disputed, or high-risk accounts.Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and other key accounting functions.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, customers, and other external stakeholders.Strengthen internal financial controls, risk-management practices, and financial procedures.Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to management.Supervise, guide, and monitor the finance and accounting team.Support management in improving financial performance, cash flow, and overall financial discipline.
