Job Title: Content CreatorLocation: Jwagal, Kupondole (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Content Creator to own short-form video content for a leading brand — from idea to final post. Someone who lives on TikTok, spots a trend before it blows up, and already has three ideas for it before anyone else catches on. You'll own the whole process end to end: strategy → idea → script → shoot → edit → publish.This is real, fast-moving, social-first content built around energy and youth culture — not staged brand ads.What You'll Do• Produce 3 videos per day• Think through content strategy, not just individual videos• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video from scratch — start to finish, on your own• Write scripts and captions that actually sound like the brand• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and launches• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform-native styles • Track real KPIs (views, shares, follow-conversion, completion rate) and use the data to get sharper• Run your own daily pipeline and never miss a deadlineWhat We're Looking For• At least 1 year of hands-on experience creating short-form content for brands on TikTok — strategy to execution• A track record of high-volume, high-quality output, consistently• Strong editing skills — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent, second nature to you• A real feel for how TikTok and Instagram actually work, not just theory• Comfortable and confident on camera• The ability to run your own schedule without someone checking in every hourNice to Have• Experience creating content for a brand's own social channels• Comfortable working in dynamic, unscripted environments (street shoots, events, public spaces)• Strong storytelling instincts — hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
