Key Responsibilities:Welcome walk-in customers, present bakery items, handle cash/POS transactions, and process counter sales efficiently.Answer phone calls, manage customer inquiries, and record advance orders for custom cakes, pastries, and party orders.Maintain clean, attractive, and fully stocked bakery display counters, ensuring fresh items are arranged neatly.Clean and sanitize customer dining tables, chairs, counters, and service areas continuously throughout the day.Perform routine floor sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal in both customer-facing and counter service zones.Monitor product shelf life, report low stock levels, and enforce proper food hygiene standards.Package baked goods securely, hand over completed orders to customers, and ensure a warm, pleasant café experience.Duty Hour: 8 to 10 Hours
