Receptionist cum Social Media Handler

Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Receptionist cum Social Media Handler to manage front-desk responsibilities while also handling the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a good understanding of social media platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle patient reception, appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries.Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.Manage basic billing, payments, and patient records.Conduct monthly inventory checks and report stock status or requirements to the Manager.Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.Create, schedule, and post engaging clinic-related content.Handle social media DMs, comments, and inquiries.Assist with content creation using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.Coordinate photos, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.Required QualificationsMinimum Intermediate (+2) or equivalent.Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.Previous experience in reception, customer service, social media, healthcare, beauty, or a similar field is preferred.Good command of English and Nepali.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Presentable, professional, creative, and proactive.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work weekends when required.Minimum 2-year commitment preferred.
