Monitor daily channels, jump into conversations, respond to messages, and build active online communities.Optimize & Experiment: Use Social Media Optimization (SMO) and data-driven insights to figure out what makes our audiences tick, click, and convert.Track the Magic: Monitor performance metrics, decode analytics, and translate raw data into actionable content tweaks.Collaborate & Brainstorm: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our talented designers, strategists, and consultants in creative jam sessions to align social campaigns with big-picture marketing goals.What Makes You a Great FitExperience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands or organizations, preferably in an agency, marketing, or consulting environment.Content & Writing Chops: You know how to write clear, compelling copy and adapt your voice to fit different brand personalities effortlessly.SMO & Marketing Savvy: You understand how social algorithms work and know how to plan campaigns that grow reach and engagement organically.People & Communication Skills: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy interacting with online communities, clients, and teammates alike.Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable diving into Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and scheduling tools to turn numbers into smarter strategies.Organization Skills: You can juggle multiple platforms, content calendars, and brand voices without missing a beat.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Why You’ll Love Working With UsWelcoming Culture: Work alongside a warm, upbeat, and collaborative team that always has your back.Endless Learning Potential: Because we work with businesses across various industries, no two days are the same.
