Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Writer and Marketing Staff, based in Kathmandu, with partial flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include creating engaging web content, developing and implementing content strategies, conducting research on relevant topics, proofreading and refining content, and assisting with promotional and marketing campaigns. The role demands collaboration with team members to brainstorm ideas and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and mission. Qualifications Strong skills in Web Content Writing, Writing, and ProofreadingAbility to develop and implement effective Content StrategiesProficient in conducting in-depth Research to inform content creationOutstanding communication skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with digital content and online marketing strategiesSelf-motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively or independently in a hybrid work environmentPrior experience in media, communications, or creative roles is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is preferred
