The Marketing Staff will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote coding and marking solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting customer outreach activities. The role also involves participating in promotional events, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and creating basic reports on marketing performance. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective market positioning of Advance Generation’s products and services.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends and customer needs.Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support client interactions and follow-ups.Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning and implementing campaigns.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks, and use common office and presentation software.Prior experience in industrial products, B2B marketing, or technology solutions is an added advantage.
