Job Description:Position: Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor Job Type: Full-Time Location: Kathmandu (On-site)About the Role:We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, to support our marketing, branding, and social media initiatives. This role is well-suited for someone passionate about both design and video editing, with a strong desire to grow within a collaborative and creative environment.Key Responsibilities:Design social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.Edit short-form and long form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Enhance video quality through captions, transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music.Create thumbnails, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for digital campaigns.Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, image retouching, and visual effects.Collaborate with the content, marketing, and branding teams to develop engaging multimedia content aligned with company objectives.Ensure consistency with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all creative materials.Organize and maintain design files, video assets, and project folders.Revise creative assets based on feedback and deliver all projects within specified deadlines.Stay updated on the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing).1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or relevant internships/freelance projects.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar creative software.Basic knowledge of motion graphics, layout design, color theory, and video storytelling.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work.Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or AI-assisted design and editing tools is an advantage.Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media content strategies.Experience creating content for promotional, educational, or corporate campaigns is a plus.Send your updated CV and Portfolio to hr@vritjobs.com
