You'll turn our brand message, services, and success stories into scroll-stopping content that resonates with job seekers, employers, and training candidates.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and produce original video ad content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedInWrite scripts, storyboard concepts, and shoot/edit videos (with or without on-camera presenting, as needed)Translate campaign briefs (job drives, training programs, recruitment services) into creative, audience-relevant contentKeep a pulse on trending audio, formats, and storytelling styles, and adapt them to fit our brand voiceCollaborate with our marketing team on campaign timelines, messaging, and creative directionDeliver polished, platform-ready videos (correct aspect ratios, captions, pacing) within agreed deadlinesSuggest creative angles proactively, not just execute briefsRequirements:A portfolio/reel demonstrating short-form video work (ads, brand content, reels, or similar)Strong scripting and storytelling instincts — able to hook viewers in the first 3 secondsComfortable with the full workflow: concept → shoot → edit → deliverWorking knowledge of editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Solid understanding of what performs on Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn specificallyReliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with minimal hand-holdingHow to Apply Share your portfolio and CV to hr@vritjobs.com / apply via vritjobs.com.
