Mechanical Engineer

The Company is on the lookout for candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of positively contributing to its progressive strategy of consistent growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and systems in hydropower plants.Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Francis turbine-generator units and associated auxiliary systems.Monitor the condition and performance of turbine mechanical systems and recommend corrective and preventive maintenance.Carry out inspection and maintenance of turbine auxiliaries, bearings, seals, valves, and hydraulic systems.Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of mechanical equipment failures.Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other technical teams to ensure reliable and efficient plant operation.Maintain proper maintenance records, reports, and documentation.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standard operating practices during operation and maintenance activities.
