Channel Sales Manager ID-1155

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of our mattress brand through strong dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel-partner networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on channel sales experience within the mattress, home furnishing, carpet, laminate flooring, or related industry and a strong understanding of dealer and distribution networks.Location: Putalisadak, KathmanduWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Responsibilities: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-growth targets.Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.Expand the brand's dealer and distribution network across assigned markets.Drive secondary and primary sales through effective channel management.Set sales targets for channel partners and regularly monitor performance.Conduct regular market and dealer visits to identify opportunities and resolve sales issues.Develop promotional schemes and channel initiatives to improve product movement.Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, operations, and management teams.Monitor inventory movement and support effective stock planning across the channel.Negotiate commercial terms and maintain productive long-term relationships with partners.Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and channel-performance reports.Identify new territories and opportunities for market expansion.
