Head Cook

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Cook to lead our kitchen team and ensure consistent food quality and smooth daily kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the kitchen team during daily operations.Prepare Newari and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.Ensure consistent taste, portion size, presentation and food quality.Supervise food preparation, mise-en-place and kitchen cleanliness.Monitor food wastage and portion control.Ensure proper storage and FIFO practices.Coordinate closely with the Operations Supervisor on orders, preparation requirements and stock needs.Train and guide junior kitchen staff.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and kitchen discipline.Take responsibility for proper kitchen opening and closing procedures.We are looking for someone who:Has solid experience as a cook, preferably in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.Can confidently lead a small kitchen team.Understands portion control, consistency and food hygiene.Is organized, reliable and able to work under pressure during busy periods.Takes pride in food quality and cleanliness.Working Hours: 10 hours of work per day, 6 days per week.Weekly Day Off: 1 day per week on a rotating basis.To Apply: WhatsApp your CV to +977 98510 38203
