Senior Finance ExecutiveAt: Uptrendly Media Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: Tinkune , KathmanduType: Full-time, Monday to Friday , 9 Am To 6 PMSalary: NPR 40,000About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Finance Executive to manage Uptrendly’s day-to-day financial operations and ensure strong financial discipline as we scale.You will work closely with management, operations, clients and vendors to keep our accounts, cash flow, reporting, billing and compliance in order.1- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.Handle client invoicing, receivables, payables and collections tracking.Maintain accurate books, bank reconciliations and financial records.Track campaign budgets, creator payouts and campaign profitability.Prepare monthly P&L, cash-flow and management reports.Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.Monitor expenses and identify financial leakages or inefficiencies.Ensure timely tax, statutory and audit compliance.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors and internal teams.Build and improve financial processes and controls as Uptrendly scales.2 - RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar is preferred.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.CA/ACCA or partial qualification is a plus.3 - What Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely financial reporting.Strong control over receivables, payables and cash flow.Accurate campaign-level profitability tracking.Timely payments, billing and compliance.Better financial visibility and discipline across Uptrendly.
