Service Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform field installation, testing, and system commissioning of advanced technical equipment and systems.Execute regular preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of installed technical systems to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical faults, hardware issues, and system malfunctions in a timely manner.Provide direct technical support, guidance, and training to customers on-site, enhancing their operational efficiency.Conduct technical diagnostics, equipment calibration, and parameter setups for specialized systems.Make regular field visits to client locations to ensure customer satisfaction and system performance.Maintain accurate service reports, technical logs, and maintenance records for all activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) or Communication Engineering (BE Communication) is required.Freshers to 2 years of relevant technical or field experience are preferred.Proficiency in technical system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.Must own a motorbike and possess a valid driving license.Interest or knowledge in Radio Communication Systems, Biomedical Systems, and Technical Diagnostics/Calibration is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent diagnostic skills are essential.Effective technical communication and interpersonal skills for client support are crucial.Willingness to perform frequent field visits and handle hands-on technical equipment is necessary.Join us in shaping the future of technical solutions and make a significant impact in the industry!
