Delivery Rider

We are hiring a Delivery Rider for a reputed multinational distributor in Nepal. This role is best suited for freshers who can deliver products safely and on time while providing reliable customer-facing service. You will impact order fulfillment by ensuring correct, timely deliveries and safe driving across assigned routes.Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver distributor shipments to assigned customers using approved delivery routesVerify delivery details (customer name, address, quantity, and invoice/receipt) before dispatch and on deliveryEnsure safe driving practices and strict adherence to traffic rules during every tripUse navigation tools to follow the most efficient route and manage route changes when roads or conditions changeMaintain delivery proof (customer signature, stamp, or other required acknowledgement) and submit daily delivery updatesProvide basic customer service at delivery points, including handling delivery confirmations and resolving minor delivery issuesManage daily schedules effectively to meet dispatch and delivery timelines without compromising safety
