Health Club/Spa Manager

Aarya Hotel and Spa is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Health Club/Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its spa and wellness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences, managing spa staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, and driving revenue growth for the health club and spa department.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the health club and spa, ensuring efficient and smooth functioningManage, train, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and support staffEnsure high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout the facilityDevelop and implement spa treatment menus, packages, and seasonal promotionsHandle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfactionMonitor inventory of spa products and equipment; coordinate procurement as neededPrepare and manage the spa department's budget, monitor revenue and expensesCoordinate with the hotel's front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments for integrated guest servicePlan staff schedules/duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak hoursConduct regular staff training on service standards, treatments, and product knowledgeEnsure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulationsPrepare monthly performance and revenue reports for managementDrive membership sales and promote spa/health club packages to hotel guests and outside clients
