Associate Director – Sales & Marketing

Aarya Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Associate Director – Sales & Marketing to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, drive room revenue, and support the hotel’s overall sales and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in hotel sales, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain major accounts and assigned market segments through various sales activities.Ensure effective sales team coverage, client servicing, productivity, and target achievement.Set sales objectives, action plans, and team targets.Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and maximize upselling opportunities.Monitor direct competitors and keep the sales team updated on market activities.Consolidate and prepare month-end sales reports.Participate in the preparation and implementation of the hotel’s marketing plan.Actively contribute to achieving hotel budgets, particularly the rooms revenue budget.
