They are looking for a creative marketer to help take the app to more users.About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies that grow the app. You will own its social presence, run campaigns, work with influencers and fitness communities, and drive downloads, engagement, and retention. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys experimenting with content, and is motivated by measurable results.Key Responsibilities:● Marketing Strategy: Create and execute marketing strategies to grow the app's brand and user base.● Social Media Management: Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.● Campaign & Content Planning: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns and content calendars.● User Growth: Drive app downloads, user engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns and content.● Trend Research: Stay updated on fitness and social media trends, formats, and platform changes to keep content relevant.● Influencer & Community Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, creators, and fitness communities to expand reach and build credibility.● Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and metrics, and use insights to improve strategies.● Cross-team Collaboration: Work with design, product, and content teams to keep messaging consistent.Requirements:● 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.● Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.● Creative, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Ability to analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable improvements.● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:● Experience marketing mobile apps or fitness products.● Experience working with influencers or creators.● Familiarity with analytics and ad tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager).● Personal interest in fitness and wellness.What We Offer?● Market competitive compensation● Fully remote working flexibility● Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving product● Creative freedom to experiment and shape the app's marketingHow to Apply?Send your CV (and portfolio or sample work, if any) to hr@vritjobs.com with the subject line Application – Marketing Executive
