Counselor

The ideal candidates should have strong communication and counseling skills, the ability to understand client/candidate requirements, and relevant experience in a manpower company or consultancy. Key Responsibilities Counsel and assist candidates regarding available job and career opportunities.Understand candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and career objectives.Provide accurate information about job vacancies, recruitment procedures, and requirements.Handle candidate inquiries through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain candidate records, documents, and follow-up details.Coordinate with recruitment and placement teams to ensure smooth processing.Support candidate conversion and achieve assigned targets.Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.Prepare regular updates and reports on counseling and recruitment activities.Perform other duties assigned by the management.
