Salesperson - Khusibun & Thamel OutletsThis is a full-time, on-site position based at our outlets in Khusibun Town Planning (Nayabazaar) and Thamel, Kathmandu.The Salesperson will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the store. For the Thamel outlet, the role also includes identifying and appropriately handling both retail and wholesale customer inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalismUnderstand customer needs and provide styling advice and product recommendationsIdentify customer type (retail buyer or potential wholesale/B2B client) and respond accordingly - especially at the Thamel outletDirect wholesale inquiries to management and collect relevant customer details when necessaryDrive sales through effective customer engagement and up-sellingMaintain attractive and organised product displaysManage stock, inventory tracking, and replenishmentMonitor daily sales performance and work towards targetsCapture photos and short videos of products, store displays, and customer interactions (where appropriate) for social mediaAssist in creating simple, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTokCoordinate with management to ensure content reflects brand identity and slow-fashion valuesMaintain store cleanliness and visual presentation standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operationsStay updated on product knowledge, fabrics, pricing structures, and brand valuesQualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-focused with a friendly and confident personalityAbility to assess customer intent and adapt communication style accordinglyBasic understanding of retail sales techniques and target achievementInterest in fashion, styling, and trendsOrganised and attentive to detailAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentPrevious retail or fashion sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)Fluency in EnglishCreative Touch Garment Industry | KathmanduWith over 26 years of excellence in Style & Quality, Creative Touch Garment Industry is a slow and fair fashion B2B designer clothing factory based in Kathmandu.
