Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell gym equipment and fitness solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting customers, generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into sales. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market research.Visit gyms, fitness centers, hotels, residential societies, institutions, and other potential customers to promote products and services.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gym equipment and fitness solutions.Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.Prepare and share quotations, product information, and proposals based on customer requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution.Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs within the assigned territory.Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
