Production Coordinator/ Management Trainee for 3D Feature Film

Job Description:Roles and responsibilities of this job: We're looking for an organized and driven Management Trainee - Production Coordinator to help keep our animation and VFX projects running smoothly. You'll work alongside Production Managers, Supervisors, and department leads to manage schedules, resources, and team communications across all stages of production. Key Responsibilities:Schedule projects and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are metTrack team quotas, daily reports, and project progress against targetsManage leave requests, administrative compliance, and time tracking for the teamCoordinate with department leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecksCommunicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholdersSupport team morale and help resolve interpersonal concerns constructively Other Specification:Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or production managementMaster's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldBackground in animation, VFX, or a creative production environment preferredStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Nice to Have:Experience with project tracking software (ShotGrid, Ftrack, or similar)Ability to prepare bids, quotes, and production estimates
