This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring stability and end user technical support. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university Experience: Knowledge on computer hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting or having equivalent certification.
