This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a mission-driven organization.Responsibilities:Outline the day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks for this rolePrimarily working within the corporate NetSuite system, manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Some additional work will be carried out in the corporate Google suite environment utilising functional shared Googlesheets etcProcess vendor and employee payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursementsCalculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS and other applicable taxes in compliance with statutory requirementsPrepare and file VAT returns and ensure timely tax complianceProcess monthly payroll and maintain payroll-related recordsMaintain the fixed asset register, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposalsPerform bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely closingAssist in preparing audit documentationCoordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and compliance reviewsEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax lawsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controlsProvide support on ad hoc finance and accounting projects as requiredRequirementsMust-have skills.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2-4 years of accounting experience (preferably in a corporate environment)Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skillsStrong understanding of VAT, TDS, payroll processing, and Nepalese tax regulationsExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlinesBenefitsGreat Mission and CultureMeaningful WorkMarket competitive salaryQuarterly variable compensationRemote and Home workingComprehensive medical cover Group life insurancePersonal development and growth opportunitiesOffice snacks and lunchPeriodic team building and social eventsAt CloudFactory, we believe that work should be more than just a job—it should be a platform for growth, impact, and community.
