Sales Officer – CPVC Pipes & Fittings

Positions: 2Level: Mid-Level & Senior-Level We are looking for result-oriented Sales Officers to join a leading plumbing and building materials company. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales of CPVC pipes and fittings, developing dealer and distributor networks, managing project sales, and expanding market presence.Candidates with experience in CPVC/PVC pipes, plumbing products, sanitaryware, construction materials, steel, hardware, or related building-material industries are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities· Develop and achieve sales targets for assigned territory.· Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors, and project clients.· Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and customers.· Promote CPVC pipes, fittings, and related plumbing products.· Generate leads from construction projects, builders, contractors, consultants, and institutions.· Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.· Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.· Coordinate with distributors/dealers regarding orders, stock, payments, and deliveries.· Follow up on project requirements and convert leads into sales.· Conduct product presentations and technical/product demonstrations when required.· Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts.· Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service. Requirements – Mid-Level· Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.· 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in CPVC/PVC pipes, plumbing products, sanitaryware, hardware, steel, or construction materials.· Good knowledge of dealer/distributor sales and market development.· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Requirements – Senior-Level· Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.· 5+ years of relevant sales experience in CPVC/PVC pipes, plumbing products, sanitaryware, hardware, steel, or construction materials.· Strong experience in channel development, project sales, dealer/distributor management, and territory expansion.· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.· Strong market knowledge and established relationships with dealers, contractors, plumbers, builders, and project stakeholders will be an advantage.· Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team-coordination skills.· Willingness to travel extensively.What We’re Looking For· Target-oriented and proactive sales professionals.· Strong understanding of the Nepal plumbing and construction-material market.· Ability to independently manage a territory and develop new business.· Candidates from steel, construction materials, hardware, sanitaryware, or allied industries may also apply.Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV at [email protected] mentioning the position and preferred location.
