Sales and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth by developing new customers, dealers, contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and project opportunities. The role involves regular market and site visits across Narayanghat, Chitwan along with sales follow-up, customer relationship management, order coordination, and payment collection. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new customers, dealers, contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and project opportunities.Conduct regular market and project visits in assigned locations.Visit construction sites, projects, showrooms, offices, and client locations as required.Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, orders, and payments.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.Coordinate with the showroom, logistics, accounts, and management teams for smooth order execution.Prepare daily/weekly sales visit reports and provide regular updates to management. Support promotional activities, exhibitions, client meetings, and other marketing campaigns.Ensure timely collection follow-up from customers as assigned.
