मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:खाना पकाउन आवश्यक सामग्रीहरू धुने, काट्ने, छिल्ने र तयारी गर्ने।कुक तथा किचन स्टाफलाई खाना तयार गर्न र पकाउन आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।भाँडा, प्लेट, गिलास तथा अन्य किचन सामग्रीहरू सफा गर्ने।किचन, काउन्टर, उपकरण तथा कार्यस्थलको सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता कायम राख्ने।खाद्य सामग्री तथा किचन सामानहरू उचित स्थानमा व्यवस्थित गरी राख्ने।किचनको फोहोर उचित तरिकाले व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।किचनमा आवश्यक अन्य दैनिक कामहरू तथा सुपरभाइजरले दिएको जिम्मेवारी पूरा गर्ने।Duty Hour: 9 Hours
