Key Responsibilities Achieve showroom sales and revenue targets. Drive leads, test rides, and sales conversions. Deliver excellent customer experience. Lead and motivate the showroom team. Monitor staff performance and productivity. Maintain showroom inventory and display standards. Ensure accurate billing and documentation. Execute local marketing and promotional activities. Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit standards. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Logistics teams. Prepare regular performance reports. Track market trends and competitor activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales with leadership exposure. Strong communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
