(FSBC) is a Kathmandu-based shared services and business consulting company supporting global businesses across Finance & Accounting, Business Intelligence, and Business Operations.Our Finance & Accounting practice provides services ranging from financial reporting and management accounting to strategic finance, group control and consolidation, working as an extension of our international clients’ teams.With a strong focus on international standards, process excellence, and technology-enabled solutions, Four Symmetrons connects Nepalese talent with global business opportunities.About the RoleFor our international team in Rotterdam, we’re looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, IFRS compliance, internal controls, and finance processes.This is a role for a finance professional who enjoys working with complex accounting matters, multiple entities, and an international business environment.What you’ll be responsible for:• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting and closing activities• Drive IFRS compliance and provide technical accounting guidance• Review and analyze group entities and consolidated reports• Prepare consolidated annual reporting• Establish and monitor group finance policies, procedures and internal controls• Support process improvement and standardization across group finance• Work closely with local finance teams, FP&A, Tax and Valuation• Coordinate with external auditors and support statutory audit requirementsWhat we’re looking for:• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field• 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, group finance, consolidation or audit• Strong IFRS knowledge and hands-on experience with consolidated accounting• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex reporting requirements• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Experience working in an international environment is an advantageInterested?Send your updated CV to [email protected] with the subject line:Application – Group ControllerOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
