Research Coordinator

Position: Research Coordinator KFA Business School is seeking a research-oriented professional to coordinate and strengthen research activities, student research, faculty publications, and academic research initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate research projects, thesis/dissertations, and student research activities. Guide students on research methodology, data analysis, academic writing, and referencing. Support faculty in research, case studies, publications, and conference papers. Develop and maintain research guidelines, templates, databases, and research repositories. Support & coordinate to organize research workshops, training, seminars, and mentoring sessions. Review research outputs for quality, originality, referencing, and academic standards. Coordinate research publications, newsletters, conferences, and other scholarly initiatives. Maintain records and track research projects, publications, and faculty/student research outputs. Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree or above in Management, Business, Economics, Research, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Experience in academic research, thesis supervision, research coordination, or publications. Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, or other research/data analysis tools. Strong analytical, academic writing, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with students and faculty members.
