We are a new and premium Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Brand, developing the complete chocolate-making process from cacao beans to finished chocolate. We are building our chocolate team from the ground up.We are looking for passionate, creative, and motivated Pastry Commis who want to join us at an early stage and contribute to building and developing the brand.Requirements:Interest or experience in chocolate, pastry, or confectionery.Basic knowledge of chocolate handling and tempering.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Passion for learning and experimenting with cacao and chocolate.Interest in developing new chocolate products and recipes.Good production discipline and hygiene standards.Experience in Bean-to-Bar Chocolate will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Assist in cacao bean processing and chocolate production.Work on chocolate production, recipe and formulation development.Participate in Research & Development (R&D) activities.Prepare Bonbons, Chocolate Bars, Inclusions, and other chocolate creations.Assist with Roasting, Refining, Conching, and Tempering processes.Support the development of new chocolate products, recipes, and concepts.Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.Participate in developing a new Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Production process in Nepal.Contribute actively to building and developing a new premium chocolate brand from its early stage.
