Warehouse Accountant Incharge

We are looking for a Warehouse Accountant Incharge to manage inventory accounting, warehouse stock records, product movement, billing, and inventory related documentation.The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate SKU and inventory records, coordinating stock dispatches and transfers, managing spare parts billing and issuance, conducting physical stock verification, and preparing warehouse and stock movement reports.The selected candidate will also maintain GRN, transfer, dispatch, and return documentation while supporting inventory audits and inspections. Inventory and SKU Management• Create and maintain imported item and SKU records.• Maintain an accurate inventory master.• Ensure inventory records are properly updated.• Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock.Warehouse and Stock Management• Manage central warehouse and stock records.• Monitor stock movement within the warehouse.• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.• Support proper inventory control and stock management.Dispatch and Stock Transfer• Manage dealer dispatches and stock transfers.• Coordinate C&CO related dispatches and transfers.• Manage service center dispatches and stock transfers.• Maintain accurate records of inventory transfers and dispatches.Spare Parts Accounting• Handle spare parts billing.• Maintain records of spare parts stock issuance.• Ensure issued stock is accurately recorded.• Maintain supporting documentation for spare parts transactions.Physical Stock Verification• Conduct physical stock verification.• Reconcile physical inventory with recorded stock.• Identify and report stock differences.• Maintain accurate reconciliation records.Documentation• Maintain GRN documentation.• Maintain stock transfer documentation.• Maintain dispatch records.• Maintain return documentation.• Ensure warehouse and inventory documents are properly organized.Reporting• Prepare stock movement reports.• Maintain warehouse related reports.• Provide accurate inventory information when required.• Monitor stock records to support inventory control.Audit and Inspection Support• Support inventory audits.• Assist during physical inventory inspections.• Provide required inventory records and documentation during audits.• Support verification and reconciliation activities.
