You will also develop reliable reference solutions and automated verification systems to evaluate the correctness of AI-generated code. This opportunity is suitable for developers with strong programming fundamentals, practical software development experience, and demonstrable open-source contributions. Previous experience in AI is not required.Key Responsibilities:Design realistic and challenging coding tasks based on practical software engineering problems.Identify, debug, and resolve complex software defects across existing codebases.Implement new features while maintaining code quality, scalability, and reliability.Refactor and optimize existing code to improve performance, readability, and maintainability.Develop reference solutions and deterministic automated tests to verify code correctness.Apply strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Document technical reasoning, debugging approaches, and implementation decisions.Review and validate code submissions for correctness, clarity, and quality.Required Qualifications:Strong hands-on programming experience in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.Demonstrable software development experience through professional projects, GitHub repositories, or open-source contributions.Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals.Experience implementing features, fixing bugs, writing automated tests, and improving code quality.Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and work independently.Strong technical documentation and communication skills.Ability to deliver high-quality work that meets defined technical requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Meaningful contributions to open-source projects, including pull requests, bug fixes, or feature implementations.Experience working with large or complex codebases.Knowledge of performance profiling, optimization, and code refactoring.Experience developing automated testing and code verification systems.Background in backend development, scalable services, or APIs.A strong GitHub profile demonstrating practical programming expertise.
