We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive customer conversions for a growing business management application. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-up, product explanation, objection handling, and converting users to premium plans.Location: Bagdole, LalitpurWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PMWorking Days: Sunday - Friday Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing users.Explain premium features and benefits based on customer needs.Follow up with interested leads and drive conversions.Handle customer questions and objections professionally.Maintain accurate call, lead, and conversion records in the CRM.Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.Coordinate with support and product teams to understand customer needs and improve sales approaches.
