Project Manager – Civil Construction

We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within the required time, cost, quality, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and supervise overall project execution.Lead project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.Monitor project progress, budget, resources, quality, and timelines.Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and construction methodologies.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, safety requirements, and applicable standards.Manage project risks, variations, claims, and cost controls.Prepare project progress reports and management updates.Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, and final handover of projects.
