Full-Time Baluwatar, Kathmandu 5+ Years Experience Open Roll Own interior projects end-to-end — concept boards, material specification, FF&E sourcing, vendor management and on-site execution. Hospitality and high-end residential experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop concept boards, mood & material palettes for client review Produce interior drawings: layouts, elevations, RCPs, joinery details Specify FF&E — source furniture, fixtures, finishes & manage vendors Run client presentations and design approval cycles Supervise site execution, finishing trades and styling at handover What We Look For 5+ years of interior design practice with completed projects Strong portfolio — hospitality, premium residential or commercial Fluent with SketchUp, AutoCAD; mood-boarding in Photoshop/InDesign Comfortable presenting design to clients and negotiating with vendors Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Architecture Apply Now
