System Support officer

Responsibilities To prepare and update system & training documentation to support business processes, new versions & developments and to design training courses and deliver system training as required. To investigate and resolve application problems. Resolution may be by advising on the application systems functional constraints, by correcting faults or by defining the required enhancements to the system. To analyze, diagnose and resolve technical and systems problems. To write specialized routines and reports for application systems and follow through to ensure that they are successfully implemented. To proactively support system upgrades in line with service deadlines, and to maintain databases in accordance with database and system security policies ensuring adherence to the Data Protection Act. To undertake any other work appropriate to the level and general nature of the duties of the post. Requirement Sound knowledge of financial Accounting. Excellent communication skill +2 passed Minimum 1 year experience in this field.
