Corporate Relationship Officer

Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, BFIs, cooperatives, fintech companies, payment service providers, and enterprise clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and service requests. Conduct regular client meetings and visits to strengthen partnerships and understand business needs. Coordinate with Product, Project Management, Technical, and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding existing business relationships. Support business development initiatives by generating leads and developing strategic partnerships. Collect client feedback and market insights to improve products, services, and business strategies. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to improve customer retention. Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, escalations, and commitments in CRM systems. Coordinate contract renewals, service agreements, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and partnership documentation. Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry programs. Assist management in implementing relationship management and client engagement strategies. Prepare regular client status reports and management updates. Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's brand image in all client interactions.
