Procurement SpecialistJob Descriptionyatri motorcycles We are looking for high performing Procurement Specialist to join our team. The person should have extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics processes. The individual should share the passion to help build the best electric motorcycle in the world. Responsibilities: • Responsible for leading the bidding/purchasing process. • Manage implementation of the procurement processes in ERP System. • Maintains Database – vendors (qualitative and quantitative) and contracts. • Managing of supplier relationship and development of new potential suppliers. • Responsible for negotiation of optimal price/commercial terms. • Responsible for handling from RFI through to contract signature and delivery. • Coordination of relationship between engineering teams with purchasing department. • Ensures compliance to Purchasing Process, and purchasing best practices. • Provides reporting, benchmarking and analysis related to assigned material category. • Responsible for proactive search for alternative supplier in accordance with defined standards. • Market research and creation of supplier database in coordination with the company goals. Requirements: • Supply Chain, Business degree with an excellent academic track record. • 3+ years of experience in industrial logistics, preferable in automotive. • Understanding & experience of Procurement requirements in the Manufacturing industry • High level of self-reliance with the ability to work well in a team, as well as autonomously. • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details. • Experience in high growth / start up environment would be an advantage. • Interested in process optimization, automation, digitization and big data analytics. • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) and competency in relevant software (ERP). • Fluent in English language is paramount.
