Assist students with basic information regarding study-abroad opportunities.Support the counselling team in handling student inquiries.Assist with university and course research.Help students understand admission requirements and application procedures.Support documentation and application-related tasks.Communicate with students through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.Follow up with prospective students and provide necessary updates.Assist with maintaining student records and databases.Support the team in promotional and marketing activities.Learn and assist with the overall student admission process.Other Specification Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.Interest in international education and student counselling.No prior experience required.
