This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivated individual interested in the finance side of international and locally funded AI projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain and regularly update grant and financial documentation Assist in organizing and tracking project budgets and expense sheets Support financial reports for internal use Use Excel/Sharepoint to manage records, templates, and calculations Coordinate with admin and procurement for documentation Be open to learning about the finance structures behind global AI research projects (both fundamental science and industry R&D) Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, formatting) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Curious about how AI and transforming societies intersect with finance Prior exposure to budgeting, documentation, or internship experience is a bonus What You’ll Gain Experience working in a globally connected AI research environment Hands-on mentorship in finance, grant management, and operations Exposure to cutting-edge AI research, industry and non-profit systems Internship certificate and recommendation letter upon completion To Apply Send your CV and a short cover letter (max 300 words) to: Google Form
