Swoyambhu International College, a leading TU affiliated institution located in Lagankhel, Lalitpur, is seeking a visionary, dynamic, and result-oriented Campus Chief.The ideal candidate will oversee undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by college ensuring academic excellence, strategic growth, and strong institutional management.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and monitor the smooth operation of BBM, BCA, BBS, and MBS programs in accordance with TU rules and regulations and extra curriculum activities offered.Develop and implement innovative academic calendars, routine structures, and pedagogical strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. Supervise internal evaluations, terminal examinations, and thesis/project work for both bachelor's and master's levels. Lead, motivate, and evaluate full-time and visiting faculty members, ensuring high standards of teaching.Identify staffing needs, conduct recruitment drives, and organize professional development workshops for faculty.Formulate long-term strategic plans to boost college enrollment, brand reputation, and academic output.Initiate and drive research activities, seminars, and publications within the campus.Maintain a disciplined, safe, and collaborative learning environment on campus.Address student grievances and foster strong student-management relationships through regular counseling and feedback.Act as the primary liaison between the college and Tribhuvan University (Dean's Offices of FoM and FOHSS), UGC, and other educational regulatory bodies.Build corporate partnerships to enhance internship and placement opportunities for the students.
