Interview Specialist

We are seeking an Interview Specialist who will be responsible for conducting candidate interviews, screening and assessing applicants, maintaining interview records, and coordinating with recruitment and processing teams to ensure suitable candidates are selected as per employer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct candidate interviews and screening based on job requirementsAssess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitabilityReview CVs and candidate documents before interviewsShortlist suitable candidates and maintain interview recordsCoordinate with recruitment and processing teamsAssist in organizing employer interviews and recruitment drivesPrepare interview and recruitment reportsEnsure confidentiality and proper documentation of candidate informationSupport other recruitment activities as assigned
