Odoo Specialist

 Coordinate the ongoing Odoo customiza on project with the so ware developer and relevant departments.  Gather business requirements and convert them into clear functional requirements, workflows and SOPs.  Work closely with Accounts to ensure correct accounting treatment and integration of sales, purchases, POS, inventory, payments and returns.  Manage and support Odoo modules including POS, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM and E-Commerce.  Analyze and standardize business processes across stores and departments and identify opportunities for automation.  Review customizations, conduct functional testing and UAT, identify issues and coordinate corrections with developers.  Ensure proper integration and data flow between POS, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, CRM and E-Commerce.  Support data migration, master-data management, reporting, dashboards and MIS requirements.  Train users, provide functional support and ensure proper ERP adoption and process compliance.  Maintain functional documentation, change records and system/process improvement plans.
