Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.Set up and clear dining tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation.Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverages to guests when required.Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain accurate records when required.Follow resort policies, food safety standards, and service procedures.Assist with events, banquets, and other resort activities as assigned.
