Job Specification Education Level: Bachelor or equivalence Qualifications A degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. Working knowledge of both React.js and its workflows (Flux/Redux). Strong grasp of related web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), as well as proficient in React.js and its fundamentals. Have knowledge of React Hooks and experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX. Experienced with bundlers and build tools for the front end, such as Webpack, Babel, or Parcel. Solid familiarity with RESTful APIs and expertise incorporating them into React apps. Possess version control skills using Git and experience with collaborative development workflows. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment. Key Responsibilities Using React to create interactive and responsive web applications, designers and backend developers work together in cross-functional teams to translate design concepts and user stories. Creating new components and features for the user interface, utilizing React's component-based architecture, and guaranteeing top rendering performance. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience across multiple devices and browsers while optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Constructing front-end libraries and reusable parts for later use. Code optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting to enable optimal performance across devices and browsers. Supplying technical documents with code documentation and other inputs. Conducting code reviews, taking part in them, and giving teammates helpful criticism.
